Boxing for Parkinson’s Patients

The second session of NeuroMotrix’s boxing courses for Parkinson’s patients is open for registration, and there will be two free classes offered for you to try it out, on March 7th and March 14th!

NeuroMotrix develops fitness programs for people with neurodegenerative disorders, and this boxing course is made specifically with Parkinson’s in mind. It can help you with your coordination, balance, endurance, and strength.

You’ll get to use boxing gloves, punching bags, and other equipment, all under the supervision of a NeuroMotrix Kinesiologist and a certified boxing instructor from the Ludus Athletic Centre.
