Abstract : Dyskinesias are involuntary and uncontrolled movement disorders that appear in some patients treated with L-dopa and dopamine agonists. These dyskinesias interfere with voluntary movement of the person but could be corrected by adjusting the dose. In addition, the impact of a change in medication  on tasks like movements performed in daily life is not yet evaluated.

Purpose of the study: This research project aims to assess the impact of a change in medication to reduce dyskinesias in patients with Parkinson’s disease.
