General conditions of use of the site and the proposed services

The use of the site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or completed at any time. Users of the site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The website aims to provide information concerning all the activities of the Quebec Parkinson Network.

Quebec Parkinson Network tries to provide on the website information that is as precise as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the updating, whether they are of its own making or of the making of third-party partners who provide this information.

All the information indicated on the site is given as an indication and is likely to evolve. In addition, the information on the site is not exhaustive. It is subject to modifications made since it was put online.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning using the site is subject to Canadian law. It is made exclusive attribution of jurisdiction to the competent courts of Quebec.
